3D print SLM
SLM – Selective Laser Melting The data for printing is suitable to deliver in a formats: STL, STEP, SAT, X_T, X_B Technology Selective Laser Melting (SLM) enables the production of unique parts, prototypes and test samples with complicated geometry or internal structure, which are difficult to produce by conventional technologies. The part is formed by successive deposition of thin layers of metal powder which are sintered by a laser beam. The process produces a homogenous metal parts directly from a 3D CAD data. Construction parts takes place in an inert atmosphere of N2, makes it possible to declare the purity of the processed material. In the manufacture of each layer portion experiencing the full throughput of material which is achieved by the density of 99.9%. SLM 280 HL processing system enables a wide range of metallic materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt-chrome or super alloys. Furthermore, devices using an inert argon atmosphere to work with the reactive metal powders such as aluminum and titanium alloys. 3D optical digitization
Atos We are able to meet the demands of industry in the field of optical digitization of real objects and Reverse Engineering. Digitizes objects from several millimeters to several meters. In addition to the digitization we can evaluate geometric tolerances, generate primitives derived from the scanned data, compare different scans or CAD data using maps and other variations. For use in design practice we perform reverse engineering of scanned data, we convert the polygonal models on desktop or on the volume geometry. The reconstructed model can be loaded into standard CAD applications, or you can create a specific model in CAD. Reverse Enginnering
Reverse Engineering Reverse engineering (RE) using 3D digitization is the most efficient way to generate a CAD model from a physical object with complex or freeform shape. Obtained data can be use for modifications of problematic elements on the part, reproduction, design optimization, analyses, inspection or in other downstream applications. Depending on your preferences we can create a model with high quality surfaces (high smoothness and curvature surfaces connection) or very accurate models with deviations from the original measured part in tenths of milimeters. We use professional RE software Rhinoceros (RhinoRevers module) and Tebis. Both of them contain a variety of tools to meet the highest criteria for quality of a digital model. Rhino is used mainly for design models, Tebis is professional CAD/CAM and RE software, that allows machining process and simulation, in addition to the RE and surface modeling. Vstupní data Vstupní data pro RE mohou být dodány ve formě: mračna souřadných bodů (přímý výstup 3D digitalizace), polygonálních dat (STL), objemového modelu, plošného modelu, řezů, splajn. Tato data mohou po RE rekonstrukci převedena do formátů čitelných v běžných CAD systémech, tj. např: Igs (IGES), x_t (Unigraphics), prt (Pro/E), model (Catia), Rapid Prototyping (slc,stl), obj (Wavefront), vda, vrml, Využíváme…
